Conversions, Modifications and Upgrades
We offer:
- increased flexibility while maximizing the performance of your gas turbine with our Gas Turbine Optimized Package (GTOP) bringing performance upgrades that can be tailored to your operational needs. GTOP includes structured upgrades to combustion and hot gas path components with performance levels similar or exceeding OEM standard. Our Gas Turbine Optimized Package for the Frame 6B gas turbine can bring you a power output improvement up to 7% and an improved heat rate of up to 3%
- emission reduction with our advanced (dual fuel) Dry Low NOx (DLN) combustion solutions. Simply by installing one of our systems to replace conventional combustion in a Frame 6B/6001B gas turbine makes a major impact on CO and NOx levels, with sub 9ppm offerings
- automated gas turbine tuning with our AutoTune system to maintain emissions and combustion dynamics
- extended lifetime of gas turbine rotors and components and maximize availability by increasing maintenance intervals to 32,000 factored fired hours.

Parts, Repairs and Field Services
We offer:
- a complete range of optimized capital parts and consumable parts including our own manufactured first, second and third stage buckets, nozzles and shrouds ready for extended maintenance intervals. Advanced materials, coatings and cooling schemes maximize the durability and reliability of the parts.
- scheduled and unscheduled inspections and overhauls, gas turbine relocation, installation and commissioning.
- Rotor life assessment and lifetime extension based on our in-house developed model calculating rotor lifetime of your Frame 6B/6001B gas turbine rotor and other gas turbine components.
All the above-mentioned capabilities can be included in a Flexible Service Agreement to meet all your needs.

LEC
LEC III™: Field proven 3-5ppm NOx
and
LEC-NextGen: Highly durable sub 9ppm NOx
Compatible with 6581B, 7121EA, 9171E and older turbine models either as a drop in replacement to the OEM DLN1.0 or as a conversion from standard diffusion frame systems. The system has proven versatility with over 70 installations globally on GE Frame 6B, 7E/EA, 9E and most recently 4 x 7B units. Originally fielded in 2001, the patented LEC III™ fuel air mixing technology produces consistent sub 5ppm NOx and single digit CO.
Introduced in 2015, the LEC-NextGen has been developed from the original LEC-I and LEC III™ systems in response to the global power generations requirements for increased durability throughout an increased load range, while maintaining sub 9ppm NOx and single digit CO throughout pre-mix operation.
